  • Leak-Lookup.com does not intentionally posses nor have access to secure or private financial information.

  • Leak-Lookup.com is not a credit reporting agency and does not offer consumer reports of any kind.

  • None of the information offered by Leak-Lookup.com is to be considered for purposes of determining any entity or person’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing.

  • Leak-Lookup.com is not responsible for any damages or harm that may derive from using its services.

  • You may not abuse nor misuse this service in any way.

  • You will comply and stay within your local laws or risk account termination due to breach of terms.

  • Leak-Lookup.com does not respond nor comply with requests made from the United States.

  • Leak-Lookup.com does not comply to DMCA requests of any sort, as DMCA is a procedure of the United States.

  • Leak-Lookup.com data is classified as public information and therefore, is not covered by the GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

  • Leak-Lookup.com does not knowingly participate in the act of obtaining or distributing data. Furthermore, Leak-Lookup.com does not have any knowledge of how the data is obtained. Leak-Lookup.com receives its data through anonymous donations or public sources. Leak-Lookup.com does not collect or store any information about the individual(s) who make the anonymous donations mentioned before. Leak-Lookup.com does not publicly disclose how it obtains the data to the public as it considers this process its intellectual property.

  • Leak-Lookup.com holds the rights to update this terms of service at any time, with or without user notification.

Account

  • The reselling of our API service is acceptable, however you must notify support prior.

  • Leak-Lookup.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason. However, an explanation will be provided upon termination.

Use of Service

  • You may only use this service for your own personal security and research. Furthermore, you may only search for information about yourself or those who you are authorized in writing to do so.

  • Searching for information on others without their consent is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not harm anyone or violate an individual’s rights and privacy using this service.

  • You will use this service at your own risk.

  • Leak-Lookup.com is not responsible for any harm or lawsuit that may derive from using this service.

Payments

  • All payments are final, and there will be no refunds.

  • Due to Bitcoin/XMR being the only payment methods, the only information we store is the transaction id and value.

Abuse

  • If our anti-DDOS measures ban you due to abuse, we will not lift the ban. These measures are implemented to provide a fair service to all users.

  • Any blatant violation of our API services will result in immediate termination, including Mass-Domain queries of unauthorized domains and Reselling without prior notification.

Legal

  • The only user information we store are usernames and search history, in the event of a subpoena this is the only information we can provide.

  • If the subpoena is related to a specific API key, we can provide any client information that we have on file, such as client contact and company information.

  • If a subpoena that is signed by a judge in the UK/Russia, is given for the seizure of a user’s information, Leak-Lookup.com will notify the user 24 hours before any information is given. However, in extreme cases, Leak-Lookup.com reserves the right not to inform the user.

  • In the event of a seizure, we store no access logs nor will we comply on logging information on a specific user.
