Public or Private API key?

Our public API keys are restricted to returning only the breach names for searched queries and are generally free, but are subject to a low daily request rate.

Our private API keys offer unrestricted access to all indexed data for searched queries, making them ideal for security teams, businesses, and organizations. However, they are subject to a fixed daily request rate.

How do I get more than 10,000 results?

Our private API service has a limit of 10,000 results per search query to safeguard and protect against abuse.

If your search query returns more than 10,000 results, you'll need to contact our support team for a manual export. This ensures that our system remains secure and reliable for all users.

How do I cancel my Private API key?

Our Private API service operates on a prepaid basis.

If you decide to cancel your plan, you can simply let your API key expire. However, please note that there will be no refunds for any unused time.

Do you provide Private API keys to 'anyone'?

The simple answer is 'no'; any tool or service can be abused without proper vetting and adherence to our Terms of Service.

Our API users must strictly vet any searches performed using their API key; any abuse identified by our automated systems will result in immediate termination.

Do you offer a free trial?

While we don't offer a free trial for all users, we do provide all users with a public API key free of charge. We may offer a trial of our private API in some cases, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is subject to certain limitations and circumstances. If you're interested in a private API key, please contact our support team to discuss your specific needs.

Do you accept any other payment methods?

Currently, we accept Bitcoin and XMR as payment methods. However, we may expand our payment options in the future.

Additionally, depending on your location, we can redirect you to a third-party reseller who can offer yearly business-to-business invoicing. Please note that prices may differ.
