The invoice was paid, where are my credits?

Due to the transaction times and network congestion, there can sometimes be a delay in the allocations of credits.

Providing there are no issues with paying the invoice, credits will be allocated after 2 confirmations.

The invoice was paid but it says expired?

Providing the correct transaction fee and value has been transmitted, our automated systems will complete the order upon 2 network confirmations.

Please contact support for further help regarding under-payments or incorrect fees.

How do I cancel my plan?

With Leak-Lookup, you're only charged per search query unlocked, so there's no time commitment or complicated contract to worry about. If you're ready to cancel, you can simply delete your account at any time under the account/settings section.

How do I view my order history?

Simply login to your account and navigate to account settings, from here you can review order history and generate invoice receipts.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately, we don't offer free trials for unlocking data on our front-end service. However, all users are able to search for free, with limited results returned.

Do you accept any other payment methods?

Currently on the front-end service, we accept Bitcoin and XMR as our primary payment methods. Unfortunately, we do not support any other payment methods at this time.
