Frequently asked questions
Results show 1,847/2,000?
Our search results may show a discrepancy between the initial result count and the final count after additional checks are run. This is due to our commitment to ensuring the accuracy and validity of our results. We apologize for any confusion this may cause and appreciate your understanding in our efforts to provide the most reliable information possible.
How do I get more than 2,000 results?
Our front-end search service has a limit of 2,000 results per search query to safeguard and protect against abuse.
If your search query returns more than 2,000 results, you'll need to contact our support team for a manual export. This ensures that our system remains secure and reliable for all users.
Can I view plaintext passwords?
Our platform makes no modifications to the imported data, including passwords. Some breaches may contain encrypted or hashed passwords, while others may have plaintext passwords. Our goal is to provide you with accurate and unaltered information while adhering to ethical standards.
Can I download the full breach?
Unfortunately, due to legal and ethical considerations, we are unable to provide users with the raw breach files or disclose our sources. We understand that this may be disappointing, but we must prioritize the privacy and security of the individuals and organizations affected by the breaches.
How do I download my search results?
Simply perform a search and click the "Download" button located at the top of the table. If the search has been unlocked, the downloaded results will also contain all indexed columns.
How do I unlock search results?
Our platform offers the ability to unlock search results for a small fee, revealing all indexed columns. After performing a search, an "Unlock" button will appear at the top of the results table. To unlock the results, users will need to exchange 1 credit per search.
